🛠️ Small business with a problem to solve: you've tried a bunch of things that are already on the market but nothing quite works and now you are certain that you need a tailor-made solution. My favorite topics are automation of tedious work through code, IoT systems, and web apps.
🚀 Lean early-stage startup (<20 people) who wants to move faster and need more hands on engineering / team-management side to skyrocket. A top-notch fit is when we will really like each other with the team and I will be excited about the market/cause - on the hard skills side, I could learn new tech really fast if you have an unusual stack.
🧙‍♂️ Founder(s) with an idea and need of a multihat engineer to help you bring the product to life and join you on the journey to become your tech co-founder. The most important factor will be our mutual fit as human beings and my excitement about the area.

💼 Corporate that wants to launch a project fast and with no BS. One very important point - I'm really allergic to corporate games, playing politics, and bureaucracy. So if I will need to get confirmation on minor details from a dozen of stakeholders and something that takes a week will take four instead then we are a bad fit. But if you are ready to give me the freedom to move and access to end-users, key stakeholders, and data then I'm eager to jump on board.
